Docet Srl was initially run by Benedetto Ziliani and Dolores Bernardi, and was taken over by Reschem in 2017. The company provides advice and develops formulations for the polyurethane sector, focusing in particular on additives and Jeffcat catalysts produced by Huntsman.

Vicris Srl mainly works with coatings. The company was established by Cesare Labriola in 1990, who decided to use his experience to create a business dedicated to the world of paints and plastics.
Based in Rome, Vicris became part of Reschem in 2019. Its core business includes 360-degree support for customers, both in solution development and the supply of raw materials, boasting partnerships with quality suppliers and fully capitalising on the Reschem product range.
Reschem and Vicris work in synergy. Joint operations ensure representation in every province of Italy, strengthening market presence.
